חשוב לי מאד שתהיי לגמרי מרוצה מהתכשיט החדש שרכשת. במידה ואת אינך מרוצה מכל סיבה שהיא אני מקבלת ברצון החזרות והחלפות שישלחו בתוך 7 ימים מהיום בו קיבלת את התכשיט. ברגע שאקבל את התכשיט חזרה אתן לך זיכוי מלא פחות דמי משלוח ומיסים או עלויות של אחרות של חברת ההובלה.

בשל האופי של עיצוב התכשיטים שנעשו או הותאמו לפי הזמנה לא אוכל לצערי לקבל החזרות של פריט כזה.

אינני יכולה לקבל ביטולים אבל צרי איתי קשר במידה ויש בעיה כלשהיא עם ההזמנה ואנסה לסייע.
